Cylinder Control Bases

Pneumadyne's Cylinder Control Bases provide the ability to control the extension and retraction of cylinders.  When used in conjunction with our 15 mm Solenoid Valves, these precision machined bases are an ideal choice for applications requiring controlled movement of single-acting spring return cylinders.

Our Cylinder Control Bases provide a 1/8 NPT output port for direct cylinder mount; simplifying component plumbing and eliminating the need for additional fittings.  Several configurations feature a quick exhaust and/or needle valve which allow you to easily control cylinder extension and retraction speeds.  Applying an electrical signal to the solenoid actuates the valve resulting in the controlled rod movement determined by the Cylinder Control Base.
